Shipping Policy

Once you have placed your order, our goal is to have it leave our warehouse in 5-7 business days. Should there be any part of your order that cannot be filled within that time, we will contact you and give you an ETA for your completed order.

For orders shipped within Canada, shipping is free for orders over $150 and free over $300 for US orders. There is a shipping/delivery charge of $16 for all other orders in Canada and $25 for US orders under $300.

Payment

Credit cards - We accept Visa & MasterCard through Square or E-Transfer. Orders are paid for in full before they are shipped. Sorry, C.O.D., cheque or money orders are not accepted

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns as the result of damage only if reported to the postal service at the time of delivery and authorized by them. Please call or e-mail us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods.

Terms and Conditions

I accept full responsibility for any damage or harmful consequences that may result from the product.

I understand that I waive the right to sue and seek compensation for damages that may arise from the use of the product in question, regardless of whether the product has been used properly or misused.

I also acknowledge that all products created, manufactured or distributed by Spa Addiction and/or Face Addiction are provided on the condition that its users accept full responsibility for any ill effects the product may cause.
